The short version: it runs on your own accounts, we keep as little as possible, and you can get it out or deleted whenever you want.
It runs on your accounts, not ours
Relay operates your outbound on the accounts you already own: your email inbox and your LinkedIn. Your prospect lists and conversations live in your tools. We are the operator, not the owner of your pipeline.
What we process, and why
To do the work, we process business-contact data for your prospects (name, role, company, public profile, and their replies) and the campaign data you give us. Replies are analysed only to run and improve your own campaigns: to route them, draft responses, and learn what converts your market.
How little we keep
We keep prospect and reply data only as long as your campaign needs it, then it is removed. We do not sell data, and we do not reuse one client's data to serve another. Your market intelligence is yours.
Your rights (GDPR / UK GDPR / CCPA)
You can ask us what we hold, correct it, export it, or have it deleted, at any time. Every message we send carries a working opt-out, and opt-outs are honoured immediately and permanently. We sign a Data Processing Agreement on request.
Sub-processors
We use a small set of reputable providers strictly to deliver the service (data enrichment, the language model that drafts copy, and the calendar/email rails you connect). The current list is available on request and named in the DPA.
